• Note (General): 軽水炉の炉内構造物材料に使用されているオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼には、高線量の中性子照射を受けると照射誘起応力腐食割れが発生することが知られており、原子力プラントの高経年化対策のためにはその挙動の解明が重要な課題となっている。これまでの研究では中性子照射済試料の照射後試験を行うことにより評価してきたが、IASCCの適切な評価のためには、軽水炉内の環境を模擬した温度,水環境及び照射条件下で試験を行うことが必要である。そこで、照射下での応力腐食割れ試験を行うために、照射下試験用の飽和温度キャプセルを開発した。照射下応力腐食割れ試験には、き裂進展試験,き裂発生試験等があり、本報ではこのうちき裂発生試験を行ったキャプセルについてまとめたものである。; It is known that Irradiation Assisted Stress Corrosion Cracking (IASCC) occurs when austenitic stainless steel components used for light water reactor (LWR) are irradiated for a long period. In order to evaluate the high aging of the nuclear power plant, the study of IASCC becomes the important problem. The specimens irradiated in the reactor were evaluated by post irradiation examination in the past study. For the appropriate evaluation of IASCC, It is necessary to test it under the simulated LWR conditions; temperature, water chemistry and irradiation conditions. In order to perform in-pile SCC test, saturated temperature capsule (SATCAP) was developed. There are crack growth test, crack propagation test and so on for in-pile SCC test. In this report, SATCAP for crack propagation test is reported.
