- 出版タイプ: NA日本原子力研究開発機構では、高温ガス炉を熱源として水素を製造する技術の確立を目指して、熱化学法ISプロセスの研究開発を進めている。ISプロセスではプロセス流体の一つとして腐食性の強い硫酸を使用する。計画中の工業材料で製作するパイロット試験装置を成立させるため、硫酸分解器の設計に不可欠な硫酸の伝熱流動特性の把握及び付帯するポンプ,配管及び計装の適用性の確認を行うため、硫酸流動・機器健全性試験装置(SFTL)を製作した。SFTLは2.5L/minの硫酸沸騰伝熱試験ループ及び20L/minの高温硫酸機器試験ループから構成される。本報では、製作した硫酸流動・機器健全性試験装置の概要と試験運転結果について報告する。JAEA has been conducting R\&D on thermo-chemical water splitting hydrogen production technology by an iodine-sulfur cycle (IS process) aiming to establish the technology with high-temperature gas-cooled reactors (HTGRs). The IS process uses sulfuric acid as a process fluid, which is a very corrosive fluid. For development of the sulfuric-acid decomposer in the pilot plant, the sulfuric-acid flow test loop (SFTL) was constructed to obtain flow boiling characteristics, and to confirm applicability of components such as pipelines, pumps and instrumentations. The SFTL consists of a sulfuric-acid boiling heat transfer test loop and a high temperature component test loop, whose maximum flow rates are 2.5 L/min and 20 L/min, respectively. This report presents outline of the SFTL and shakedown test results.
