Note (General): Buildup factors up to 40 mean free path in ranging from 0.015 MeV to 15 MeV photon energy were evaluated by using the Monte Carlo simulation code, EGS4 for two typical heavy concretes. One is iron-contained and the other is barium-contained heavy concretes. The parameters of Geometrical Progression approximation for buildup factors were also presented for simplified calculations such as using the point kernel method.
2種類の重コンクリートについて、0.015MeVから15MeVの範囲内で$\gamma$線再生係数をモンテカルロ計算コードEGS4で40自由行程まで求めた。重コンクリートの種類は1つは鉄充填、もう1つはバリウム充填の重コンクリートである。点減衰核法等の簡易計算で再生係数を用いて線量率を算出するために、GP法のパラメーターも合わせて示した。
