• Note (General): 実用化戦略調査研究の候補概念であるナトリウム冷却炉MOX燃料炉心についての2005年度の炉心・燃料設計に関する検討結果を報告する。本年度は、フェーズIIのまとめに向けた各種の設計検討を行った。(1)高内部転換型炉心の検討:(i)軽水炉使用済燃料から回収したTRUを用いた場合の炉心・燃料設計への影響評価を行った。(ii)大型MOX燃料高内部転換型炉心の被覆管材をPNC-FMS鋼とした代替材炉心を構築した。(iii)大型MOX燃料高内部転換型炉心の遮へい特性評価を行った。(iv)大型MOX燃料高内部転換型炉心を対象とした制御棒長寿命化方策の検討を行った。(2)高増殖炉心の検討:高い増殖性の要求に対応する炉心について、2004年度の大型MOXコンパクト型炉心をベースに検討した。; Sodium cooled fast reactor with mixed oxide fueled core is one of the promising candidates in "Feasibility Study on Commercialized Fast Reactor Cycle System" in Japan. The results of the study on the reactor core and fuel design in the JFY2005 are reported. (1)Design studies of high internal conversion (HIC) type core: (i)Influence of TRU composition variation on the HIC type core and fuel designs was evaluated. (ii)In adopting PNC-FMS steel as alternative cladding material of ODS steel, influence to the reactor core and fuel design was evaluated for the large-scale HIC type core. (iii)Shielding property of the large-scale HIC type core was evaluated. (iv)Some measures to extend the lifetime of control rod were studied for the large-scale HIC type core. (2)Design study on high breeding performance: The core design corresponding to a requirement of high breeding performance was studied based on the large-scale compact type core designed in the JFY2004.
