• Note (General): 平成14年に、財団法人電力中央研究所と独立行政法人日本原子力研究開発機構(当時、核燃料サイクル開発機構)は、鉛ビスマス共晶合金利用技術に関する共同研究を締結し、この中で鉛ビスマス中における高速炉材料の耐食性評価研究を実施してきた。この研究は2つの段階に区分され、第一期研究では、650$^{\circ}$Cの酸素濃度制御停留鉛ビスマス中において高速炉構造材料候補材の一つである12クロム鋼の腐食試験を実施した。そして、耐食性に影響する鋼中クロムのふるまいについて検討した。本第二期研究では、LBE中での耐食性向上に効果が期待されるアルミニウム及びクロムの添加量を変化させた酸化物分散強化(ODS)鋼を対象に、650$^{\circ}$Cの酸素濃度制御停留鉛ビスマス中において、4,000時間までの腐食試験を実施した。その結果、同鋼では、Cr添加による耐食性の向上は認められなかったが、Alを添加したことで材料表面にAl酸化物が形成され、それによる良好な腐食特性が得られた。; In 2002, the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (past organization name: Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute) was made a contract with the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry on the research work for utilizing technology of the lead bismuth eutectic. In the contract, research on corrosion of FBR materials in high temperature lead bismuth eutectic was performed. This work was composed of two stages. In the first stage, corrosion test of high chromium martensitic steel, which was one candidate material for structures of advanced fast reactor, was performed in oxygen controlled lead bismuth eutectic at 923K. Effect of chromium on corrosion in the lead bismuth eutectic was estimated. In this second research, corrosion test of oxide dispersion strengthened ferritic steels whose chemical compositions of chromium and aluminum were differed has been performed in the lead bismuth eutectic for up to 4,000 hours. As the results, although chromium effect on corrosion has not been observed, good corrosion resistance by aluminum oxide formation on the surface has been obtained.
