• Note (General): 大強度パルス中性子に対応した位置敏感型中性子ガス検出器が必要とされている。特に高速$<$1$\mu$s,高位置分解能$<$1mm,高効率$>$80\%(for thermal neutron)といった性能を満たすためにわれわれは個別読み出し型マイクロストリップガス検出器の開発を行ってきた。本稿では個別読み出し方式による位置分解能評価シミュレーションの構築・実験値との比較を行うことを目的とした。このシミュレーションは中性子ビームの形状とガス条件から位置分解能を評価することができ、中性子ビームを用いた実験値と良い一致を示した。また位置分解能とピークカウント数の均一性について併せて報告する。; The position sensitive neutron detector for neutron scattering experiments using intense pulsed neutron source is needed. To meet the detector performance requirements such as fast temporal response $<$ 1$\mu$s, spatial resolution $<$ 1mm and detection efficiency $>$ 80 \% for thermal neutron, we have been developing the micro-strip gas chamber with individual readout. In this paper, we report the simulation results of the spatial resolution of the chamber. This simulation can calculate the spatial resolution by using the distribution of neutron beam and gas condition. The simulation results agreed with the experimental data using the collimated neutron beam. In addition, the results of good uniformity about the spatial resolution and the peak counts were described.
