Note (General): Effects of initial heat treatments on irradiation hardening and embrittlement of F82H steel were mainly examined by the experiments of neutron irradiations. From the analysis of the changes of yield stress and ductile-brittle transition temperature due to irradiation, it was found that the controll of heat treatment of tempering before irradiation was very useful for the improvement of irradiation hardening and embrittlement.
核融合炉構造材料として開発しているF82H鋼の照射硬化と照射脆化に及ぼす照射前の熱処理効果について、JMTR等の原子炉で中性子照射実験を行い、検討した。照射前後での延性脆性遷移温度と降伏応力の変化を解析した結果、照射後の強度特性は照射前に行う焼き戻し時間や温度を調整することで性能向上を図れることを示した。
