• Note (General): 温度の異なる流体が混合することによって発生する温度変動により、構造材に高サイクル熱疲労が発生する現象(サーマルストライピング現象)を評価することは、原子力のみならず一般プラントにおいても重要な課題である。核燃料サイクル開発機構では、本現象の解明とともに高速炉に適用できる機構論に立脚した評価ルールを構築するために実験及び解析コードの整備を実施している。T字管体系の配管合流部におけるサーマルストライピング現象に関しては、長周期温度変動水流動試験(WATLON:Water Experiment of Fluid Mixing in T-pipe with Long Cycle Fluctuation)を実施している。本研究では、上流側の外乱が合流部での流体混合現象と温度変動挙動に与える影響に着目し、一般プラントに多数存在するエルボを主管の上流側に配置し、エルボ腹側から枝管が主管に接続した体系について影響評価を行った。WATLONによる水流動試験として、蛍光染料による可視化試験、熱電対ツリーによる温度分布測定及び粒子画像流速測定法(PIV)による速度分布測定を実施した。可視化試験の結果から、エルボが有る体系においても、エルボが無いストレート体系と同様に合流部のフローパターンが次の3種類に分類でき、主管と枝管内の流れの運動量で整理したマップに表すことができた。(1)壁面噴流(枝管からの噴流が主管の流れに押され主管の内側に沿うように流れる) (2)偏向噴流(枝管からの噴流は主管の中央部を通って流下する) (3)衝突噴流(枝管からの噴流は対向する主管の内壁に衝突するように流れる)エルボに起因する偏流により、ストレート体系に比べ、枝管からの噴流が主管の内部により深く入る方向にシフトすることがわかった。熱電対ツリーによる温度分布測定試験の結果から、ストレート体系と比べると、壁面噴流条件では温度変動強度(RMS値)が大きくなり、衝突噴流条件では温度変動強度が大きくなる位置が上流側にシフトすることがわかった。PIVによる速度分布測定の結果から、ストレート体系には無いエルボによる2次流れとエルボの背側で流速が大きくなる主管軸方向流れの偏りが、合流部におけるフローパターン及び温度変動強度の分布に大きく影響していることがわかった。; In the place where hot and cold fluids are mixed, a time and spatial temperature fluctuation occurs. When this temperature fluctuation amplitude is large, it may cause high cycle thermal fatigue in surrounding structures (thermal striping phenomena). Mixing area of high and low temperature fluids can be seen not only in atomic power plants but also in general ones. It is significant to investigate this phenomenon and to establish an evaluation rule. In this study, a water experiment on WATLON was performed in order to investigate the influence of upstream elbow in the main pipe for the mixing phenomena in a mixing tee. Elbow can be set near the mixing tee in a real plant. Outlet of the elbow has biased velocity distribution and also the secondary flow, which decays unsteadily. The flow visualization showed the flow pattern in the T-junction was characterized by the branch pipe jet form. The flow pattern was classified into three patterns as well as in the straight case; (1)wall jet, (2)deflecting jet, (3)impinging jet according to the inflow condition. The boundary lines between the flow patterns in the elbow case shifted toward larger momentum in the main pipe flow in each flow pattern as compared with the straight case. From the temperature measurement by thermocouple tree, the temperature fluctuation intensity in the elbow case was larger than in the straight case especially in the wall jet pattern. The high intensity region in the elbow case shifted toward upstream in the main pipe flow in impinging jet pattern. From the flow velocity measurement by high speed PIV, velocity fluctuation near the branch pipe side wall due to the flow separation at the elbow outlet influenced the temperature fluctuation intensity around the T-junction.
