• Note (General): 大型試験施設建設工事の実施に役立つコンピュータ支援による工程管理技術について、調査検討した。ダウンサイジングの進行に伴い、最新のパソコンおよびソフトの活用で、十分にシステム構築できるようになった。MS Project Standard 2002およびArtemis Schedule Publisher6.0評価版の動作試験や、収集した資料類よりソフトウエアの機能を対比評価した。MS Project 2002は、Artemis Schedule PublisherよりGUI操作性に優れ、かつ安価である。MS Project 2002によりWebコラボレーション対応化したシステム構築ができる。MS Project 2002の機能についてにとりまとめた。また、IF施設建設工事の試験データをサンプルとしてMicrosoft Project2000に参考入力し、工事管理の状況を10年ぶりに再現するとともに、Microsoft Projectの機能を本格的に評価した。IF施設のような工事規模の建設工事でもMS Projectにより工程管理が問題なくできた。建設工務管理部において構築すべき工程管理支援システムは、MS Project Standard 2003と Project Server 2003を組合せたワークグループマネジメントモデルの採用が望ましい。今後の検討すべき課題についても取りまとめた。; The project management technology aided the personal computer was surveyed to find a useful and convenient software for the large scale of plant construction. Survey results shows that we can easily build the project management system by the utilization of the latest personal computer and also software, along with the progress of downsizing. The software function of MS Project Standard 2002 and also Artemis Schedule Publisher 6.0 were evaluated by the test input of small sample data. MS Project 2002 is superior to Artemis Schedule Publisher 6.0 in GUI operational flexibility, cost performance, also has team collaboration ability. Tokai incinerator constructionmanagement data which was collected ten years ago was used to check the functions of MS Project 2002. This test show MS Project 2002 has sufficient functions for the large scale of plant construction management. The workgroup management model which contains MS Project Server 2003 and MS Project Standard 2003 is recommended to build new project management system for the large scale of plant construction in Tokai site. Future study items were also summarized.
