• Note (General): 高温ヘリウム漏えい箇所特定システムの開発の最終段階として、小規模漏えい検知のための放射線センサを開発した。本研究では、漏えいしたヘリウムガス中に含まれるFPから漏えいを検知する方法に加え、微小な漏えいを検知するため、空気とヘリウムガスの放射線の阻止能差により漏えいを検出する新しい検出法(アクティブ検出法)を開発した。開発したアクティブ検出法では、微小漏えいとして想定した漏えい量0.2cm$^{3}$/sを、最短10分で検出可能であることが明らかとなった。; In the final third stage of the research and development for a high-temperature helium-leak detection system, the radiation sensor was developed in order to detect very small helium leakage. Applying the radiation sensor, we proposed not only the direct detection method which uses the detection of FP gas in helium, but also the active method which uses the difference in the radiation absorption between helium and air. From obtained data it was found that we can detect 0.2 cm$^{3}$/s leakage within 10 minutes by the active method.
