- 出版タイプ: NA先進的核燃料リサイクルの燃料として Npを含有させた MOX燃料が考えられている。Np含有MOX 燃料の開発を進めるためには、照射燃料製造及び燃料設計に必要となる Np-Pu-U 系混合酸化物に関する基礎的なデータ取得が必要である。本報告では、Np含有(最大 12\%)MOXのペレットを作製し、焼結特性に及ぼす Npの影響、相安定性及び均質性について評価した。試験の結果、Np の濃度の増加により密度が低下し、Np は焼結中の緻密化を遅くする効果があることがわかった。相安定性については、O/M=1.90$\sim$2.00の試料について、相状態を観察し、MOXと Np 含有 MOX の相分離挙動はほぼ同じであることが分かった。また、均質性の評価を行い、本試験で作製した試料は均質性が良く、Puスポットの観点からは燃料仕様上問題がないことが分かった。MOX fuel containing Neptunium is being developed as candidate fuel for an advanced nuclear fuel recycle. In this report, influence of Np on the sintering behavior, phase separation behavior of MOX fuel pellets and the homogeneity of MOX fuel pellets were evaluated. It was observed that the high Np containing pellets had a low sintered density and the microstructure changes of the pellets during the sintering were slow compared with MOX without Np. The pellets were also analyzed via Ceramography, X-ray diffraction measurement and an electron probe microanalysis. The phase separation behavior of MOX with Np was similar to that of MOX. The homogeneity of the pellet produced with this experiment was acceptable to the fuel specification.
