• Note (General): 管理区域内の放射線管理において、管理区域内からの物品搬出に係る表面密度測定は管理区域外に汚染した物品を出さないようにするため重要な項目である。この管理における物品の測定は、$\alpha$線用サーベイメータによる直接法及びスミヤ法で実施している。しかし、この方法はパイプ状物品(配管類)の内側を測定することが困難であったり、形状が複雑で大きな物品等の測定を行う場合、測定に要する時間が多大になったりするという問題がある。このような物品等の測定を可能にするため、小型物品搬出用アルファ線測定装置について性能試験を行った。試験の結果、$\alpha$線強度と測定値との直線性を確認することができた。また、$\gamma$線・n線の線量当量率と測定値の直線性も確認された。今後は、低い放射能レベルの試料に対する性能試験と、比較的大きく複雑な形状の対象物を測定することを想定した位置依存性試験を行うことが必要である。; At present, alpha contamination measurement on objects is conducted with ZnS scintillation survey meter (direct method) and smear test (indirect method). But it is difficult to measure large and complicated objects by direct method. Long Range Alpha Detector (LRAD) was produced as a solution for this problem. We carried out performance tests of this LRAD. As a result of the performance tests, we confirmed the linear relation between the measurement values of LRAD and alpha-radioactivity on the surface of objects.
