• Note (General): 高速炉において、温度の異なる流体が混合し、その際に発生する温度変動が構造材へ伝わることにより、構造材に高サイクル熱疲労をもたらす現象 (サーマルストライピング現象) の評価手法を確立することは重要である。サーマルストライピング現象の評価において、流体中での温度変動特性、流体から構造材への温度変動の伝達特性、構造材中の温度変動の伝播特性を考慮し、温度変動の減衰を取り込むことで、安全性を確保した合理的な設計が可能となる。本研究では、流体から構造材への温度変動の伝達特性に着目した平行三噴流ナトリウム試験を実施し、非定常熱伝達挙動の定量化を行った。試験は中央の噴流を低温、左右の噴流を高温に設定し、噴流が壁面に沿って流れる体系で実施した。また、片側の高温噴流を止めた二噴流体系での試験も実施した。試験パラメータは、噴流の吐出速度とした。流体から構造材へ温度変動が伝達する際に、変動の周波数が高くなるにつれて、温度変動強度が減衰することを定量的に明らかにした。また、構造材へ温度変動が伝達する際の時間遅れは、噴流の吐出速度が大きくなるにつれて小さくなることがわかった。また、流体から構造材への非定常熱伝達挙動は、時間的に一定の熱伝達率で整理することが明らかとなった。熱伝達率は、噴流の吐出流速比によって異なるフローパターンによらず、Peclet数の0.8乗で整理できることがわかった。; A quantitative evaluation on thermal striping, in which temperature fluctuation due to convective mixing causes high cycle thermal fatigue in structural components, is of importance for reactor safety. The reasonable and safety design could be approved by taking account of decay of temperature fluctuation in fluid, heat transfer from fluid to structural surface and thermal conduction into structure. In this study, a sodium experiment of parallel triple jets configuration was performed in order to evaluate transfer characteristics of temperature fluctuation from fluid to structure. As for the experimental geometry, a cold jet at the center and hot jets in both sides flowed vertically along a wall. The temperature fluctuation is transferred from fluid to the wall in the wall jet geometry. In addition, double jets experiment was carried out. The experimental parameters were discharged velocities of the jets. The temperature fluctuation intensity decreased as the frequency of temperature fluctuation increased where temperature fluctuation was transferred from fluid to structure. The time-delay of transfer of temperature fluctuation from fluid to structure decreased as the discharged velocity increased. The non-stationary heat transfer characteristics from fluid to structure could be described by using a time-constant heat transfer coefficient. The heat transfer coefficient was proportional to Peclet number to the power of 0.8 and independent of the flow pattern in which the ratio of discharged velocities of the jets was varied.
