• Note (General): 本調査では冬季間の河川流量、河川水の電気伝導度を把握するとともに、河川水の凍結防止を目的とする川道覆いを設置して効果を検証した。また積雪面からの蒸発量算定に関する現地調査を行った。そして流域の表層地質と推理特性から、幌延町の表層推理観測を行うに当たって適切な観測候補流域を選定し、観測点、観測手法を明示した。調査流域の選定に際しては、各流域の構成地質が単一に近く、流域間で大きな面積サが生じないよう留意し、新第三紀$\sim$第四紀堆積岩の分布域に相当するパンケオーカンラオマップ川、原の沢川、ペンケオポッペ川、ペンケエベコロベツ川の5流域を選定した。また積雪期の観測であることから、流量観測点の選定には一般道の除雪体制や観測点までのルートに配慮した。観測対象とした5河川の冬季渇水と考えられる流出高は0.05$\sim$0.1mh$^{-1}$であり、一般的に予想される積雪下面融雪量よりも多かった。これは、調査時期に例年になく温暖な日が継続し、積雪表面で発生した融雪水や湧水が加わったため推察される。河川水の電気伝導は、10$\sim$16mSm$^{-1}$と比較的高い値を示した。この理由として流域近隣における牧場等の土地利用、積雪中に蓄積された海塩粒子の流出などが考えられる。; This research proposes ideal study basins, observation points and methods for subsurface hydrological system in Horonobe town, northern part of Hokkaido, Japan, through the observations of discharge in winter draught, electronic conductivity of river water and evaporation rate from snow surface. Effects of a cover set over the river were also examined, which prevents freezing of river in measuring water level through winter. Five river basins, Panke-ookanraomappu gawa, Haranosawa gawa, Panke-opoppe gawa, Penke-opoppe gawa and Penke-ebekorobetsu gawa, were selected as the study basins. The geological features of all basins were characterized as neogene or quaternary, and the area of each basin was not largely different. Snow remove system and a way to approach the river were considered in selecting the observation point of each river. Discharge of the five rivers ranged from 0.05 to 0.1 mmh$^{-1}$. Those values were larger compared to the snowmelt rate at the snow-ground interface. The reason might be the effect of snowmelt water at the snow surface because the air temperature during observation period was relatively high and the recharge of underground water. Electric conductivity of the five rivers' water ranged from 10 to 16 mSm$^{-1}$. These values were relatively high, which would be resulted from the ranch near the basins and salty particles from sea contained in the snow pack.
