• Note (General): MK-III冷却系改造の製作設計を行うにあたって、機器・配管構造設計用熱過渡条件の策定(最終版)を行った。なお、策定には、プラント動特性解析コード"MIMIR-N2"のMK-IIIバージョンによる解析データを用いた。(熱過渡策定条件)(1)$\Delta$T及び$\Delta$T/t補正係数(余裕係数)の算出補正係数は、パラメータ補正係数と同種熱過渡挙動補正係数から算出した。1.パラメータ補正係数パラメータ補正係数は、不確定幅を持っているプラントパラメータを対象に、外部電源喪失事象を代表事象としたパラメータ解析を行い算出した。2.同種熱過渡挙動補正係数は、ほぼ同様の熱過渡挙動を示すグループの熱過渡条件を一つの事象に統一するため、各事象の解析結果を用いて算出した。(2)熱過渡折れ線図の作成1.各熱過渡の温度変化が大きい部分(0.2$^{\circ}C$/sec以上)は、基準温度と最も厳しい温度変化率の直線との接点を基準(温度及び時間)として、20$^{\circ}C$以内の幅で分割し、折れ線化した。温度変化が暖慢になった部分(0.2$^{\circ}C$/sec未満)は、100sec以内の幅で分割し、折れ線化した。2.折れ線化した解析データに補正係数を乗じて熱過渡条件を策定した。(3)準定常状態以降の条件熱過渡条件は、各事業開始後3600sec程度で準定常状態となるため、この時間まで条件化した。また、これ以降の時間については、その時間から系統温度250$^{\circ}C$まで、-50$^{\circ}C$/hrで均一に系統降温するものとした。上記より設定した構造設計用熱過渡条件は、MK-III用IHX及びDHX等の製作設計及びこれまで行ってきた既設機器・配管に係わる構造健全性の再評価に用いた。; The thermal transient conditions for the structural design are established in order to perform manufacture design of MK-III cooling system remodeling. The calculated data by MK-III version of the analysis code "MIMIR-N2' are used for establishing. (Establishing Conditions of the thermal transient) (1)Calculation of $\Delta$T and $\Delta$ T/t safety factor The safety factors are calculated with the parameter safety factor and the thermal conditions safety factor of the same kind. (a)The parameter safety factor. The parameter safety factors are calculated to perform analysis by uncertainty range of plant parameter. (b)The thermal transient safety factor of the same kind. The thermal transient safety factor of the same kind are unified (2)Making of fold line figure. (a)For each thermal transient, the fold line graph is drawn through the fiducially points which are the intersections of the datum temperature lines and the large temperature change rate lines and drawn in each part divided as the temperature range is less than 20$^{\circ}$C at the large temperature change rate (more than 0.2 $^{\circ}$C/sec) range. And it is drawn in each part divided as the time range is less than 100sec at the little temperature change rate (less than 0.2 $^{\circ}$C/sec) range. (b)Making of thermal transient condition are multiplied the safety factor on the calculated data. (3)Condition of the associate steady state Temperature fluctuation usually abates within 2000$\sim$3600sec from the start of the transient, and thermal transient analysis is conducted for the time range. So the part of the fold time after the abatement of the temperature fluctuation is drawn as the temperature uniformly drops to 250$^{\circ}$C at the rate of -50$^{\circ}$C/h. The thermal transient conditions established above shall be used for the basic design of MK-III cooling system remodeling.
