• Note (General): 出版タイプ： NA; 国際技術センターでは、平成13年5月より、本社人材開発課と連携して、入社2$\sim$3年目の職員ならびに協力会社社員を対象にFBR基礎講座を実施し、FBRに係る基本的、一般的な事柄を教示してきた。このFBR基礎講座の成果を外部機関にも公開し、当該機関の機能の充実に資するべく、公開資料化しようという動きが出てきた。これを受けて、このほど、FBR基礎講座の一項目である「FBRの構造健全性」の内容を公開資料として纏め、総務省消防庁危険物保安室の職員に教示する。; Since May 2001, FBR basic lectures -fundamental and general contents on FBR- have been given to the personnel whose career is a few years after joining with JNC and concerned companies personnel at International Cooperation and Technology Development Center building up a close connection with Human Resources Development Section Personnel Division Head Quarter. The trend toward opening these lectures to the public and making use of them for other organizations has come to take place. This time one of these lectures 'Structural integrity of FBR' will be opened to the Fire and Disaster Management Agency Ministry of Public Management.
