• Note (General): 晶析法は不純物を含む大量のU溶液から、Uのみを部分的に回収するのに適しておりPUREX法を基盤とする新しい再処理施設の要素技術として適合すると思われる。晶析法適用プロセスの実用化検討に必要なデータのうち、Puの析出に関するデータが不足していたため、昨年度から原子価ごとのPu析出データの採取を開始している。昨年度は、Pu(IV)の挙動を把握する試験を実施し、現在想定している晶析試験条件下ではPuの原子価を4価に調整すればPu結晶は析出しないことを確認した。そこで本年度は、晶析法適用プロセスにおける想定晶析条件下でのPu(IV)の挙動把握を目的とし、Pu原子価を6価に調整して、Pu結晶析出温度データを取得した。また、U-Pu混合系で、UとPuの共析出が生じるか否かの確認を目的としたビーカ規模の晶析試験を実施した。試験は昨年度と同様に、英国AEA Technology Harwell研究所にて実施し、結果の評価を三菱マテリアルが実施した。本年度の試験結果は以下の通りである。(1)Pu(VI)晶析試験 Pu(VI)溶液について、硝酸濃度6M、Pu濃度を50, 100, 200gPu/lでの晶析試験を行い、-60$^{\circ}C$まで冷却した結果、H$_{2}$Oの結晶及びHNO$_{3}$・3H$_{2}$Oの結晶混合物は生成したが、硝酸プルトニウムの結晶は生成しなかった。(2)U-Pu混合系での晶析試験 U-Pu(VI)混合溶液について、10$^{\circ}C$及び0$^{\circ}C$までの冷却試験を行った。この結果、当初想定していないU-Pu(VI)の共晶析が観察された。生成した結晶は鮮やかなオレンジ色であり、Pu(VI)の結晶の同伴が明白である。共晶析した原因は、両者の化学形が非常に近く、結晶系も同じであり、格子定数も非常に近いことによりUNH結晶にPu(VI)結晶が誤って取り込まれるためであると考えられる。U-Pu(VI)の共晶析データは、Uの代わりにPuが析出するものとして、UNH単身での晶析データはほぼ近いことが確認された。; Crystallization procedure is considered to have an advantage in recovering rather pure uranium from contaminated uranium solution and to be applicable for a new reprocessing process. It is considered necessary to collect data for Pu crystallization for design of the process with crystallization procedure. Last year the test for Pu(IV) nitrate erystallization was performed and it was confirmed that Pu crystallization is not observed under supposed crystallization condition if Pu valence is adjusted to 4. In this study, two type beaker tests were performed, (1)Pu(VI) nitrate crystallization test to confirm a behavior of Pu(VI) nitrate under crystallization condition. (2)U-Pu(VI) nitrate crystallization test to confirm a U-Pu(VI) co-crystallization phenomena. These tests were performed in AEA Technology Harwell Laboratory and the results were examined by Mitsubishi Materials Corporation. Test results were as follows. (1)Pu(VI) crystallization test. (a)Pu(VI) nitrate solution of 200, 100 and 50 gPu/L with HNO$_{3}$ 6M were cooled down up to -60$^{\circ}$C to confirm Pu(VI) nitrate crystallization or freezing of the solution. (b)Crystal of H$_{2}$O and HNO$_{3}$ $\cdot$ 3H$_{2}$O were observed but Pu(VI) nitrate crystallization was not observed. (c)We can estimate that Pu(VI) nitrate crystallization will not occurred in the reprocessing process with crystallization procedure. (2) U-Pu(VI) nitrate crystallization test. (a)U-Pu(VI) mixed nitrate solution is cooled to 10$^{\circ}$C and 0$^{\circ}$C. (b)U-Pu(VI) co-crystallization was confirmed by orange colored crystal in both cooling temperatures. (c) It is considered that Pu(VI) nitrate crystal is co-crystallized with uranyl nitrate crystal by the following reasons. $\cdot chemical formula of both crystal are similar. $\cdot$ crystal form is same and lattice paramters are very near. (d)U+Pu(VI) crystallization data is very near with uranyl nitrate crystallization data if Pu(VI) nitrate is considered to be crystallized ...
