• Note (General): 改良オーステナイト鋼(15Cr-20Ni鋼)の短時間強度補正係数を、「もんじゅ」高燃焼度炉心条件での燃料集合体の健全性確証試験を目的としたMFA-2照射試験を含む最近までに得られたこの材料の被覆管照射後引張試験結果を用いて策定した。策定した短時間強度補正係数($\gamma$sy,$\gamma$su)は以下の通りである。ここで、$\gamma$syは、設計降伏応力Syに対する強度補正係数あり、$\gamma$suは、設計引張強さSuに対する補正係数である。(T:照射温度($^{\circ}C$)、t:照射時間(h))$\gamma$sy=25.5245-4.52000$\times$10のマイナス3乗$\times$(LMP)+2.75350$\times$10のマイナス7乗$\times$(LMP)の2乗-5.66880$\times$10のマイナス12$\times$(LMP)の3乗LMP:(T+273.15)$\times$(11.88+log10t)$\gamma$su=36.7208-9.04200$\times$10のマイナス3乗$\times$(LMP)+7.66870$\times$10のマイナス7乗$\times$(LMP)の2乗-2.19260$\times$10のマイナス11$\times$(LMP)の3乗LMP:(T+273.15)$\times$(9.05+log10t)適用範囲: $\gamma$sy$\leqq$1.0、$\gamma$su$\leqq$1.O、RT$\leqq$T$\leqq$740$^{\circ}C$、LMP($\gamma$sy)$\leqq$16176、LMP($\gamma$su)$\leqq$13313策定した短時間強度補正係数のデータベースは、材料強度基準(案)の策定当時はまだ十分に得られていなかったが、その後蓄積されできた改良オーステナイト鋼被覆管の照射材引張試験結果である。これらのデータの中には、従来策定された強度補正係数による設計応力値を高温、長時間側において若干下回るものがあるが、今回策定した強度補正係数による設計応力値はこれらのデータを適切に包絡できている。以上のことから、これらの短時間強度補正係数は妥当な値であると考えられる。; The safety margins of the short time strength for the advanced austenitic stainless steel (15Cr-20Ni steel) fuel cladding were determined based on PIE tensile test results of irradiated claddings including those irradiated as the Monju type fuel assemblies(MFA-2) in FFTF. These margins were determined as follows. $\gamma$ $_{Sy}$ = 25.5245-4.52000$\times$10$^{-3}$$\times$(LMP)+2.75350$\times$10$^{-7}$$\times$(LMP)$^{2}$-5.66880$\times$10$^{-12}$$\times$(LMP)$^{3}$ LMP:(T+273.15)$\times$(11.88+log$_{10}$t) $\gamma$ $_{Su}$ = 36.7208-9.04200$\times$10$^{-3}$$\times$(LMP)+7.66870$\times$10$^{-7}$$\times$(LMP)$^{2}$-2.19260$\times$10$^{-11}$$\times$(LMP)$^{3}$ LMP:(T+273.15)$\times$(9.05+log$_{10}$t) covered range : $\gamma$ $_{Sy}$ $\leqq$ 1.0, $\gamma$ $_{Su}$ $\leqq$ 1.0, RT$\leqq$T$\leqq$740$^{\circ}$C, LMP($\gamma$ $_{Sy}$)$\leqq$16176, LMP($\gamma$ $_{Su}$)$\leqq$13313 where $\gamma$ $_{Sy}$ : safety margin for design yield stress(MPa), $\gamma$ $_{Su}$ : safety margin for design tensile stress(Mpa), T : irradiation temperature($^{\circ}$C), t : irradiation period(h). In the tentative material strength design standard of the advanced austenitic stainless steel already determined, the safety margins had been determined provisionally based on the tensile test data of PNC316 stainless steel due to the shortage of 15Cr-20Ni stainless steel data. Therefore in this study they were determined again based on the tensile test data of irradiated claddings of 15Cr-20Ni stainless steel obtained until recently. Some of these data are not slightly covered with the design stresses corrected with safety margins in the tentative design standard. And it is confirmed that design stresses corrected with safty margins determined in this study cover these data adequately. Therefore these safety margins are tbouht to be reasonable.
