• Note (General): 核燃料サイクル開発機構(以下「サイクル機構」という。)東海事業所の再処理施設における放射線管理設備は、昭和48年度から建設された分析所や分離精製工場などの主要施設をはじめとして、プルトニウム転換技術開発施設、ガラス固化技術開発施設などの付属施設の建設とともに、約30施設に設置されてきた。再処理施設の放射線管理設備は、長年にわたる核燃料使用施設、RI取扱施設等の運転で培われてきた経験を基に適切に設計・施工が行われ、各施設の放射線管理業務において有効に活用されている。近年、廃棄物処理関連施設等の多様化等により広範囲の対応が必要となってきており、今後、東海事業所においても、新規施設としてリサイクル機器試験施設(RETF)、低放射性濃縮廃液貯蔵施設(LWSF)、低放射性廃棄物処理技術開発施設(LWTF)等の建設が計画されている。本書は、既存施設の運転から得られた経験、知見、放射線管理に係る技術の採用及び関連する指針を踏まえ、考慮すべき事項を設計基準として取りまとめたものである。今後、新規施設の放射線管理設備・機器の設計にあたっては、本書をベースとし、最新技術の推移を見定め、必要に応じ、それらを反映し設計業務を進めるものとする。; Vorious kind of radiation monitoring equipment are used in radiation controlled area at each facility of Tokai reprocessing plant. These equipments have been designed and constructed based on the users requirements, and permitted by governmental regulation office. And, design has been carried out in consideration of the adoption of the new technology and our operational experience. Then, it has been used effectively for the radiation control of the facilities. This report summarizes the technical requirements that should be taken into consideration in the design and installation of radiation monitoring equipments. These requirements are fundamentally applicable when the equipments of the new facilities will be designed or the present instruments will be replaced.
