• Note (General): 大気環境中へのナトリウム漏えい燃焼時における炭素鋼SM400B-JIS G3106(床ライナ材等)の腐食減肉評価の信頼性を高めることを目的に、腐食速度評価線の見直しを行った。見直しは、ナトリウム漏えい燃焼環境のひとつである溶融塩型腐食(NaOH-Na$_{2}$O$_{2}$系)について、現行腐食減肉速度評価線の策定後に追加・取得された実験データ(550$\sim$900$^{\circ}$C)を用いて実施した。実験結果に基づき、以下のような考え方で評価を行った。(1)NaOH-Na$_{2}$O$_{2}$系の環境中では、炭素鋼の腐食量は時間に比例して増大した。このため、直線則として評価した。(2)腐食減肉速度への実験雰囲気(大気、不活性ガス)や試薬攪拌の明瞭な影響は、認められなかったため、同等に取り扱い評価した。(3)腐食減肉速度は一定Na$_{2}$O$_{2}$濃度以下になると、低下する傾向がみられた。このため、実験中におけるNa$_{2}$O$_{2}$濃度は、Fe(炭素鋼試験片)とNa$_{2}$O$_{2}$との支配的な反応を維持するために必要な限界濃度以上であることとした。評価の結果、追加されたデータ点数は67点となり、現行評価線に用いた評価データ38点を加えると、合計105点となった。105点を用いてArrhenius Typeで整理し、統計的な評価を行い、以下の腐食減肉速度評価式を得た。CR=C・exp(-Q/RT)ここで、CR:腐食減肉速度,mm/hC:定数Q:活性化エネルギ, cal/molR:気体定数, 1.986cal/mol kT:絶対温度, KQ=9.61kcal/molC=148.29(平均), 262.11(99\%信頼上限), 83.90(99\%信頼下限); For the purpose of improving the reliability of evaluation, the corrosion rate equation of the carbon steel SM400B (JIS G3106) in the high-temperature sodium compounds (NaOH-Na$_{2}$0$_{2}$ system) was revised. ln this revision, the data acquired after 1997 was used. Based on the experimental results, the evaluation was made to be an approach to the following; (1)Metal loss of carbon steel in NaOH-Na$_{2}$0$_{2}$ system was evaluated as increases in exposure to the time, which is linear rate law. (2)There were no significant effects of the experiment atmosphere and mixing speed of the reagent on corrosion rate. (3)The concentration of Na$_{2}$0$_{2}$ in sodium compound is considered for the evaluation. The concentration under experiment is made to be the over concentration necessary for maintaining the dominant reaction between Fe and Na$_{2}$20$_{2}$. As a result of the evaluation, the additional data are 67 points. The data for the revision of the evaluation equation became the total of 105 points, when existing data of 38 points were added. The statistical evaluation of 105 points was carried out, and following recommended equation was obtained.
