• Note (General): 応力が複雑に分布する3次元構造物では、評価断面を使用した応力分類が困難となる。筆者らは、弾性追従係数が形状に依存せずに定義され、その大きさから1次応力と2次応力を、また変化率からピーク応力を分類できることに着目し、本概念に基づく3次元構造物の応力分類法の提案を行っている。本報では、軸方向一様引っ張り荷重を受ける孔空き平板に本方法を適用し、孔縁の応力分類を行った。その結果、板幅に対する開口率が増大すると、孔縁のピーク応力成分の割合は減少し、また変位制御型境界条件の下でも応力が荷重制御型の性格を帯びるため、健全性に留意する必要があることが分かった。さらに、孔空き平板に荷重制御型膜応力と変位制御型曲げ応力が繰り返し重畳した場合のラチェット変形の予測に上記応力分類の結果を適用し、有限要素法による弾塑性解析の結果と比較した。弾塑性解析の結果からは、弾性解析時の孔縁応力が同一であっても、開口率が大きいほどラチェット変形が生じやすいことが分かった。Bree線図を用いた簡易解析では、弾性解析による孔縁応力をそのまま1次応力として用いた場合は上記傾向が予測できないが、弾性追従概念により分類された1次応力を使用すると定量的にも精度良く評価出来ることが確認できた。; It is difficult to categorize stress of three dimensional structures by evaluation section, since they have complicated stress distributions. Authors propose a stress categorization method based on the elastic follow-up concept where primary and secondary stress of general structures can be categorized by value of an elastic follow-up parameter and peak stress can be distinguished by change ratio of its value. In this study this method was applied to categorize stress at hole edges of plates with holes due to a monotonic membrane loading. The results reveals that the plates with larger holes have less ratio of peak stress and large elastic follow-up parameters, so that attention should be paid to their structural integrity. Further more, categorized stresses and nonlinear FEM were applied to evaluation of ratchet deformation at hole edges of plates with holes due to a primary membrane stress plus cyclic secondary bending stress. F.E. results clarified that ratchet is easy to occur on plates with larger holes. Its tendency can be predicted rationally by Bree diagram with the categorized stresses based on the elastic follow-up concept.
