- 出版タイプ： NA日本原子力研究所関西研究所では、物質における光熱変換機構を解析するために量子分子動力学コードを開発している。このコードをスカラー型超並列計算機Intel Paragon XP/S75とベクトル型並列計算機Fujitsu VPP300/12上で並列化した。粒子群を分割し各プロセッサユニットへ割り付けることにより、台数分の効果を両並列計算機で得た。スカラー型超並列計算機Intel Paragon XP/Sでは、各粒子の計算を構成する演算の分割を粒子群の分割に加えて行うことにより、量子分子動力学コードの高並列化を達成した。
