• Note (General): 高速炉プラントの経済性向上を目指して進められている、各種R\&D及び設計研究の効率的な展開に資するため、建設コストを定量的に評価する手法を開発しておく必要がある。そこで軽水炉の実績を基にしたコストデータベースから、建設費の構成費目のうち「原子炉及び付属設備」、「機械装置」(蒸気タービン、電気設備)について、その構成機器レベルまで細分化した評価モデルを軽水炉を対象に開発した。その後この評価モデルを基に高速炉の特殊性を考慮した高速炉の評価モデルを作成した。軽水炉版評価モデルは加圧水型軽水炉の標準プラントを想定したが、実際の建設費と比較しても十分妥当性のあるものであった。高速炉版評価モデルについては、今後その妥当性評価を行うとともに、評価モデルの詳細化に取り組む予定である。; The objective of this study is to be contributed to quantitative estimation of R\&Ds and design study for cost reduction of FBR. The assessment models for equipments and components of LWR were prepared to estimate capital costs which based on actual LWR cost data. Subsequently, these models have been applied to FBR. These models were developed at a detailed levels such as the parts of equipments and components of LWR and FBR with regard to the reactor plant equipment, turbine plant and electric plant equipment. The validity of LWR version assumed a scandard PWR plant was confirmed by the comparison with practical LWR cost. In the next step, the validity of FBR version will be confirmed and these assessment methods will be improved.
