Note (General): 「もんじゅ」二次主冷却系ナトリウム漏洩事故(1995年12月8日)の原因究明作業の一環として,溶接部の再確認試験を行った。本報では,1)溶接部のマクロ及びミクロ組織を観察し,2)歪ゲージ法によって,熱電対ウエル‐管台と管台‐主配管の溶接部の残留応力を測定し,3)溶接部の表面皮膜解析を行い,それぞれ結果を報告した。1)組織観察では顕著な欠陥はみられなかった,2)ウエル内面側に,最大引張側の軸方向及び周方向残留応力が認められた。
