• Note (General): 東海事業所では、「動力炉・核燃料開発事業団東海事業所再処理施設保安規定、第VII編環境監視」に基づき、再処理施設周辺の環境放射線モニタリングを実施している。本報告書は、1995年4月から1996年3月までの間に実施した環境モニタリングの結果を取りまとめたものであり、大気及び海洋への放射性物質の放出に起因する周辺公衆の線量当量算出結果についても併せて収録した。また、環境監視計画の概要、測定方法の概要、測定結果及びその経時変化、気象統計結果、放射性廃棄物の放出状況の内訳等については付録として収録した。; Environmental adiation monitoring around the Tokai Reprocessing Plant has been performed since 1975, based on "Safety Regulations for the Tokai Reprocessing Plant, Chapter VII - Environmental Monitoring". This annual report presents the results of the environmental monitoring and the dose estimation to the hypothetical inhabitants due to the radioactivity discharged from the plant during April 1995 to March 1996. Appendices present comprehensive information, such as monitoring program, monitoring results, meteorological data and annual discharges from the plant.
