• Note (General): 原子力プラントの安全性、信頼性向上を目的とした運転制御の高度化、知能化の観点から、プラントでの運転制御、保守において果たしている人間(運転員、保守員)の役割を人工知能で代替することを目指し、平成3年度から原子力クロスオーバー研究の一環として自律型プラントの開発を進めてきている。自律型プラントでは、診断、制御に際して原理の異なる独立した方式を同一対象に対して適用し、方式の多様化(methodology diversity)を図り、診断の信頼性、制御の最適化を実現する。ここでは、診断方式の多様化の一環として、異常発生時での警報(アナンシエータ;ANN)の発報パターンからその異常原因を同定する方法について検討し、いくつかの異常事象について、プラントシミュレータを用いた試験を実施した。異常事象をシミュレータで発生、その時の代表的プロセス量データとともに発生イベントリストを取得し、異常事象毎の時間推移を含めたANN発報パターンを比較、評価した。今回、水/蒸気系廻りの異常事象37例を対象としたが、警報を発報しない異常事象以外のものについては、警報発報パターンでその事象進展に伴う発報警報パターン変化を含めたもので異常原因の推定が可能との期待が持てるものであった。今後は、異常事象に対応した発報警報パターンをテンプレートパターンとしたパターンマッチング手法、さらに、認知心理学分野でのカテゴリ化法の一つであるCOBWEBアルゴリズムを用いた手法による異常原因推定手法の具体的な検討を行っていく予定である。; We have been developing an autonomous operation system for nuclear power plants by substituting Al for plant operators and in addition conventional controllers used in existing plants, taking the case of loop type LMFBR power plant. As the first step of the development, we have been developing the prototype system since 1991. The prototype system realizes automatic operation on normal condition and semiautomatic recovery operation in cooperation with plant operators for not only limited anomalies but also transient events. The system contains various knowledge based system, which are referred to by agents, such as diagnosis systems, control systems, simulating systems, and so on. In the system, a hierarchical distributed cooperative system configuration is adapted. This configuration is realized by an object-oriented multi-agent system. In addition, methodology diversity is assured by preparing plural agents, each of which is based on different methodology each other, therefor, it is expected for the reliability of diagnosis or control to be improved. As for the diagnosis systems, at present, they consists of two diagnostic reasoning levels, a plant level one based on a hierarchical plant functional nlodel, and a local level one based on a physical causal network model using qualitative reasoning technique. In the paper, we discuss the methodology diversity for the above-mentioned local level diagnostic reasoning, and propose a new diagnosis method using alarm annunciation system. The combination of annunciated alarms is expected to be peculiar to the anomalous phenomenon or accident. Moreover, as the state of affairs is developing, each appearance of the combination is changing with time peculiarly to each anomaly or accident. The matter is utilized for the new diagnosis method.
