• Note (General): 高速増殖炉(FBR)の機器や配管は基本的に薄肉構造であるため、地震時等の座屈の防止に対する配慮が重要となる。そこで、昭和63年度からFBR機器構造設計の安全裕度の適正化を図り、設計の合理化を実現することを目的として、基本的な構造モデルである薄肉円筒殻のせん断・曲げ座屈に関する研究開発が展開され、広範囲な形状および材質の構造物に適用しうる解析に基づく座屈評価式が提案された。本報告は、この延長上に位置づけられるもので、座屈評価式の高度化を図るために前述の評価式では考慮されていないせん断-曲げ相互作用の影響について解析的に検討・評価した結果についてまとめたものである。せん断-曲げ相互作用の影響の検討は、次の3つの観点から実施した。(1)主応力差等の応力指標の最大値と発生位置に対するせん断荷重と曲げモーメントの比率の影響。(2)弾性座屈固有値解析によるせん断支配型座屈と曲げ支配型座屈の遷移領域でのせん断-曲げ相互作用の影響。(3)弾塑性域では,塑性ポテンシャルを介して、せん断応力と直応力が従属関係にあることから、塑性の進展に起因するせん断ー曲げ相互作用の理論的評価手法の検討。検討の結果、(1)純せん断力、純曲げモーメントそれぞれ単独で発生する主応力差および相当応力の最大値と発生位置は、せん断力と曲げモーメントを重畳させた場合も変わらない。(2)せん断支配型座屈と曲げ支配型座屈の遷移領域でのせん断ー曲げ相互作用は弾性の場合も若干存在するが、弾塑性の場合は塑性に起因した相互作用が卓越する。(3)既存のy係数を包含する、塑性の進展に起因するせん断-曲げ相互作用の理論的手法を提案した。さらに、試験データおよび弾塑性詳細解析との比較から、この方法によって、せん断支配型から曲げ支配型への遷移領域を合理的に評価できることを確認した。上の結果から、解析的にせん断-曲げ相互作用の影響を評価し、既存の座屈評価式を高度化できる見通しが得られた。; Prevention of the buckling under seismic loading is an important issue, since vessels and piping components of Fast Breeder Reactor(FBR) plants are generally thin wall structures. A research and development on the shear/bending buckling of thin-walled cylindrical shells as the basic structure models has been proceeded since 1987-FY in order to rationalize the safety margin in the structural design of FBR components and to realize the sophistication of design. As the result, an analytical evaluation method of the buckling strength of cylindrical shells under shear loading, which is avalable within a wide range of dimensions and for various materials, has been proposed. Present study is located on the extension of this R\&D and is focused on the effect of the interaction between shear and bending loading which is not considered in the previous buckling strength evaluation method. The examination of the interaction effects are implemented from the following three points of view. (1)The maximum values of stress indeces such as the difference between two principal stresses and their location. (2)The investigation of the interaction effects in the transition region between shear mode dominant buckling and bending mode dominant one based on the elastic buckling eigen-value analysis. (3)Development of an analytical evaluation method of the shear-bending interaction due to the propagation of plasticity, based on the idea that the shear stress and the axial stress are not dependent each other in the elastic-plastic region.Obtained results are followings. (1)No changes are found in the maximum values of the principal stress difference or the equivalent stress and their locations between the pure shear or the pure bending case and the shear and bending combined case. (2)Though a little effect due to the interaction between shear and bending loads is observed from elastic eigen value analyses, the effect of the interaction due to plasticity is dominant in the inelastic ...
