- 出版タイプ: NA次期大型炉蒸気発生器(SG)伝熱管の合理的設計基準水リーク率(DBL)の選定にあたって、高温ラプチャによる破損伝播の可能性を定量的に評価する必要がある。本予備設計では、高温ラプラャを含む破損伝播挙動を適切に評価し、合理的なDBLを選定するために必要となるa)高温ラプチャモデル(構造/破壊力学的モデル)、b)非定常熱伝導解析モデル、c)ブローダウン解析モデル、d)反応領域温度分布解析モデル等に関する全体の開発計画の設計を行った。また、ブローダウン解析モデルに対しては、高温ラプチャを評価するために必要となる解析モデルの設計を行うとともに、このモデルの設計を基に、開発に必要なコードの構成要素、要素間のつながり等に関するコードの設計を行った。なお、コードの設計にあたっては、将来的にLEAPへのカップリングが容易に行えるよう十分に配慮した設計とした。In selecting the reasonable DBL on steam generator, it is indicated that the possibility of failure propagation due to overheating should be evaluated. In this study, the general plan for the next models to evaluate the reasonable DBL have been designed; a)overheating tube bursting models (structural/fractural dynamics), b)unsteady heat conduction analysis models, c)blow down analysis models and d)reaction zone temperature distribution analysis models. Then blow down analysis models were developed to evaluate the overheating tube bursting and analysis code was preliminarily designed in which the module construction of this code and link of each modules were described. Furthermore, easy coupling of this code and LEAP in future was fully considered.
