• Note (General): 高速増殖炉の実証炉において、蒸気発生器(SG)を原型炉の分離型から一体貫流型に合理化することに伴い、新しい伝熱管材であるMod.9Cr-1Mo鋼の破損伝播特性を把握するため、大リーク・ナトリウム-水反応試験装置(SWAT-1)を用いて、中リーク領域(10g/s$\sim$数100g/s)でのナトリウム-水反応試験を実施した。試験によって以下に示すことが明らかになった。(1)Mod.9Cr-1Mo鋼の中リーク領域での耐ウェステージ性は、2・1/4Cr-1Mo鋼とオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼SUS321の中間に位置しており、ウェステージ率は2・1/4Cr-1Mo鋼の約1/2倍である。また、2・1/4Cr-1Mo鋼のウェステージ率とL/D(L:ノズル・ターゲット間距離,D:注水ノズル孔径)の関係式を基準にして、Mod.9Cr-1Mo鋼の比例定数を求めることによって実験整理式を得た。(2)ターゲット伝熱管のウェステージ形状はトロイダル型が多く、2次破損孔径の最大値は同条件の2・1/4Cr-1Mo鋼に比べて1/2倍以下である。同じように、Mod.9Cr-1Mo鋼の注水ノズル孔径と2次破損孔径の関係式の定数を得た。これらの実験整理式とその定数を破損伝番解析コードLEAPに反映することにより、同コードをMod.9Cr-1Mo鋼製一体貫流型SGのナトリウム-水反応事象評価に適用できるよう整備を図る。; A one-through unit type steam generator (SG) having the Mod.9Cr-1MO Steel for its heat transfer tube is considered to be promising for the development of large FBR SGs. Wastage data of the tube material was already obtained for the micro-/small leak region as formerly reported. Therefore, intermediate leak wastage tests were conducted in the range from 10 g/s to around 200 g/s by using the SWAT-1 test facility and the test results are summarized as follows: (1)The wastage resistivity of the Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel is between that of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel and austenitic stainless steel; namely, the Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel has about half the of wastage rate of the 2.25Cr-1Mo steel. An experimental wastage formula in the intermediate leak region was derived from the test data. (2)Almost all of the wastage profile of target tubes was toroidal type and it became about half the cross section area of the 2.25Cr-1Mo steel. An experimental formula on initial leak diameters versus equivalent secondary failure diameters was derived in the intermediate leak region. These test results would be applied to failure propagation analysis code LBAP which is to be used for the design of a one-through unit type SG.
