• Note (General): 高速炉機器の構造不連続部におけるクリープ疲労強度はしばしば構造設計の限定要因となる。これは高温運転条件による材料の塑性・クリープ挙動が、構造不連続部に対してひずみ集中や応力緩和速度の低下をもたらし、その結果クリープ疲労損傷を増大させるからである。こうした非弾性挙動を考慮するために"もんじゅ"用の構造設計基準では、ひずみ集中と応力緩和の両者を統一的に扱える弾性追従モデルを用いている。しかしすべての構造に対し単一の弾性追従モデルを適用するのは難しいことが知られており、"もんじゅ"の基準では、保守的に設計係数を定め、さらに米国の基準等で使用されているNeuber則を併用した。一方、高速炉の実用化には安全性と経済性の両立が求められるため、より精緻な評価法が求められている。このため本研究では構造物の局所的挙動から総体的挙動までを弾性追従モデルで統一的に精度良く記述できる一般化弾性追従モデルを開発した。弾性追従モデルを一般化する上で最も工夫した点は、基本的な弾性追従モデルを複数用いた組合わせ弾性追従モデルの考案であり、このモデルにより応力再配分の生じる構造に対しても弾性追従概念が適用できるようになった。弾性追従の基本モデルとしては材料の非線形特性を表すために、n乗則モデルを採用した。さらに、一般化弾性追従モデルと別途開発を行っている弾性追従パラメータを用いて、構造不連続部ならびに溶接継手に対するクリープ疲労設計評価法を提案した。提案した評価法は、大洗で実施した構造物熱過渡強度試験データと詳細非弾性解析結果により検証を行った。また提案手法により設計試評価を行ったところ、"もんじゅ"の方法より設計許容応力が大幅に高められるという結果が得られた。; Creep-fatigue strength at structural discontinuities sometimes becomes critical in the design of fast breeder reactor components. Plasticity and creep cause strain concentration and reduction of stress relaxation rate in structures, and as a result magnify creep-fatigue damage, especially at structural discontinuities. To take these effects into account, the structural design code for "Monju" has adopted an elastic follow-up model. However, it is recognized to be difficult that adoption of a single elastic follow-up model to all structures, where stress redistribution occurs from the spatial difference of material properties. As a consequence, the structural design code for "Monju" used this model conservatively. For the demonstration FBR, where construction cost is highly interested, development of rational design rules is required. Therefore, in order to advance the creep-fatigue evaluation rule of "Monju", we have developed a generalized elastic follow-up model which can deal with complex structures by introduction of the following innovations; one is the extended elastic follow-up model using power law for consideration of material properties, and the other is the combined elastic follow-up model which is effective in existence of stress redistribution. By using this generalized model, we propose design-by-analysis procedures for structural discontinuities and also for welded joints. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed through structural strength tests and inelastic F.E. calculations. The design allowable limit for creep fatigue is extended, compared with the structural design code for "Monju".
