• Note (General): 〔目的〕FBR大型炉では、2次冷却系配管の短縮化は、単に配管の物量削減に留まらず、配管支持装置等の付属設備、電気設備、及び空調設備等の補助設備の削減、更に、建屋の縮少化が可能であることから、プラントコストの低減効果が大きい。この効果を明らかにするため、ベローズ継手方式と通常配管方式との両方式について配管系応力解析を行い、配管短縮化効果を検討評価した。〔方法〕検討条件としては、60年度に実施したFBR大型炉設計仕様をリファレンスとした。配管材質は、通常配管系の場合は、2・1/4Cr-1Mo鋼材とし、ベローズ継手配管系は、配管をSUS304、ベローズ継手をSUS316とした。 ベローズ継手型式は、配管系に生じる変位量をベローズ継手自身に生じる回転角変位によって吸収するジンバル型(多軸ヒンジ)を用いた。ベローズ継手を用いた配管系コストの合理化の観点からは、ベローズの設置個数を適度に削減する必要があるため、ベローズの設置個数とその位置についてのパラメータ・サーベイを実施した。〔結果〕配管系については、「高速原型炉第1種機器の高温構造設計方針」(BDS)に基づいて詳細応力解析評価を実施し、その健全性を確認した。また、ベローズ継手については、設計条件、及び配置条件に適合する継手仕様をベローズ・スクリーニングコードを用いて選定し、更に「第1種配管ベローズ継手の高温構造設計方針(暫定案)」基づいて評価して角規定を満たしていことを確認した。ベローズ継手を適用した配管系は、通常配管系に比べて非常に簡素化されたものとなり、プラント全体の物量低減にも寄与することが判った。(1)通常配管方式に対しベローズ継手を用いた場合の配管長は、約6割程度に収められる見通しを得た。これに伴い、配管支持構造やエルボについても削減することができた。(2)2次系建屋面積についても約7割程度; The reduction of piping length of secondary main heat transport system is considered as an effective measure for the reduction of the construction cost of LMFBRs because of the reduction of piping materials including its attachments, the auxiliary system such as electric power supply system and air-conditioning system, etc., and building volume. The stress analysis of the bellows and normal piping system was performed under the same loading conditions, and a comparison was made to clarify the cost reduction effect between the both piping systems. In this study a concept of 1000MWe loop-type LMFBR plant designed in the "key Technological Design Study (II)" in 1985 was considered as a reference plant. Piping material of the normal piping system is 2.25Cr-1Mo steel. On the other hand, the piping and bellows joints are made of SUS304 and SUS316, respectively, in the bellows piping system, and the gimbal type bellows which absorb thermal expansion of the piping by their rotational angle deflection were used. It is necessary to reduce reasonably the number of the bellows joints from a viewpoints of the cost reduction of bellows piping system. For this purpose, the preliminary analysis of the piping due to thermal expansion at normal condition was performed to survey the optimum piping system arrangement considering the number and location of the bellows joints in the piping. And then, the detailed analysis of the optimized one was carried out. The analytical results were evaluated by using the "Structural Design Guide of Class I Components for Elevated Temperature Service(BDS)" and the structural integrity of the piping were confirmed. The bellows joints according with the design and arrangement conditions of the bellows piping system were selected by the screening code.
