• Note (General): 「常陽」の運転支援システムは、「常陽」自体の安定運転及びそのあとのFBRプラント運転信頼性向上に寄与することを目的に開発されているものであり、そのひとつとして知識工学(AI)手法を応用した警報処理診断システムJOYCAT(JOYO Consulting \& Analysing Tool)がある。本システムは昭和61年度までに、警報処理診断を行う推論エンジンと2次主冷却系の知識ベースの作成及びその検証試験のための「常陽」運転訓練シミュレータへの接続が完了した。昭和62年度には、実際にシミュレータによって種々の異常事象を発生させる検証試験を行い、ファーストヒットアラーム判定、ファーストオペレーション選定、シーケンスモニタリング等の支援動作が適切に機能することを確認した。本システムの開発を通して、知識ベースの構築手法及び検証方法また、運転支援機能の高度化を目指した改良手法等について多くの知見を得ることができた。今後は、65年度実機適用に向けて知識ベースの拡張と診断手法の高度化を図り、シミュレータによる検証試験を繰り返し実施し、信頼性を確認していく計画である。; Operator supporting systems in JOYO have been developed for stable operation itself and credible operation of future FBR. JOYCAT which applies AI technique is one of these systems. The inference engine for diagnosis and the knowledge base of secondary cooling system were developed, and then the verification test of JOYCAT was conducted with coupling with JOYO operator training simulator in FY1986. By generating some malfunctions in the simulator, the function (decision of first hit alarm, choosing of first operation and sequence monitoring) of JOYCAT was tested in FY1987. Through the development works, knowledge and experience for means to construct the knowledge base, to verify function of this system and to improve the function for highly advanced system were obtained. Considering these experiences, the knowledge base will be expanded for other plant systems and the diagnosis will be further improved. After the verification test with the simulator will be carried out repeatedly to confirm credibility. This system will be equipped JOYO by 1990.
