• Note (General): 高速炉構造材料SUS304鋼板に関してEB溶接金属の基本材料特性を把握するため、高温引張試験、クリープ試験および高温疲労試験、また、9Cr系鋼板2鋼種に関して、SUS304鋼との異材継手評価のため、母材および異材継手について高温引張試験、クリープ試験を実施し、次の結果が得られた。・SUS304鋼板EB溶接金属は母材に比して、0.2\%耐力では高目、引張強さでは同等かやや低目であり、破断伸びおよび絞りは低目の値を示す。また、クリープ破断試験は母材に比して若干下回っている。・Mod.9Cr-1Mo鋼板材は9Cr-1MoVNb鋼板に比べ、引張強度は若干高いが、引張破断延性は小さい。また、基準値のSy値およびSu値と比較すると、前者は若干高目の値を示すが、後者は同等か若干高目の値を示す。・Mod.9Cr-1Mo鋼板は9Cr-1MoVNb鋼板に比べ、クリープ破断強度は高いが、クリープ破断延性は小さい。のた基準値のSr値と比較すると、前者は同等か若干上回るが、後者は同等か若干低目の値を示している。・SUS304/Mod.9Cr-1M0異材継手の引張試験における破断位置は高温でSUS304鋼部である。一方、SUS304/9Cr-1MoVNb異材継手の破断位置は500$^{\circ}C$でSUS304鋼部、550$^{\circ}C$で9Cr-1MoVNb鋼部である。; Material testing for SUS304 EB welded joint and 9Cr steel Dissimilar welded joint were conducted, and the following results were obtained. (1)0.2\% Proof stress of SUS304 EB weld Metal is higher than that of base metal, while the ultimate tensile strength of the weld metal is same or lower than that of base metal ductility of the weld metal is lower than of that of base metal, and Creep rupture strength is somewhat lower than that of base metal. (2)Tensile strength of Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel plate is a little higher than that of 9Cr-1MoVNb steel plate, while the tensile ductlity is low, and 0.2\% Proof stress and ultimate tensile strength are a little higher than Sy and Su desing values, while the 9Cr-1MoVNb steel plate is same or somewhat lower than those values. (3)Creep rupture strength of Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel plate is higher than that of 9Cr-1MoVNb steel plate, while the fracture elongation is low, and Creep rupture Strength shows a exceeding tendency in comparison of the S$_{R}$ design values, while that of 9Cr-1MoVNb steel plate is same or somewhat lower than that values. (4)Ultimate tensile strength of SUS304/Mod.9Cr-1Mo dissimilar welded joint is almost equal to that of SUS304 base metal and fractured positions are in the SUS304 base metal at all temperature conditions. In case of SUS304/9Cr-1MoVNb dissimilar welded joint, fractured positions are in the SUS304 base metal at 500 $^{\circ}$C and in the 9Cr-1MoVNb base metal at 550 $^{\circ}$C.
