Note (General): 配管用ベローズ継手は、FBR大型炉の合理化方策のひとつとして検討が進められているが、その設計に際しては、ベローズの板厚、ピッチ、山高、山数などについて強度上成立する形状、寸法を選定するために種々の評価計算を試行錯誤的に行わねばならず、多大の労力と時間を要する。このような背景から、強度評価上成立するベローズの形状・寸法の範囲を把握し、最適形状を効率良く選定するためのスクリーニングプログラム(Bellows-SCAN、Bellows Screening Analysis Program)を開発した。更に、本プログラムを大型FBR実証炉の2次系配管設置ベローズ継手の設計のためのスクリーニングに適用し、成立するベローズの形状・寸法の範囲を明らかにするとともに、設計作業の効率向上に大変有効であることを確めた。今後、本プログラムは、ベローズ継手フィージビリティスタディの成果を反映して更に高度化を図る予定である。
The piping bellows is considered as one of the measures to reduce the construction cost of the large FBR plants, but great calculation efforts are needed for its design, since various evaluations by trial-and-error are proceeded in order to choose the satisfied figures and dimensions of bellows. With this reason, the screening program for the piping bellows desing (Bellows-SCAN) was developed. As demonstration, the satisfied figures and dimensions of the bellows that would be applied to the secondary circuit system of large FBR demonstration plant design were screened and effectiveness of this program was confirmed. This program is to be revised and improved as R\&D results of the bellows feasibility study are obtained from now on.
