• Note (General): 「常陽」MK-2の燃料材料照射用反射体(以下CMIRと称す)の設計に必要となる。照射試料部のナトリウム流動解析コードと照射試料部の温度解析コードを開発し、その精度を検証した。 CMIRは照射試料を装荷した2重円筒状のコンパートメント6体をラッパ管内に装荷してなる。照射試料部の温度は、試料部の$\gamma$発熱量とコンパートメント内を流れるナトリウムによる熱輸送、及びコンパートメントの2重円筒壁面からの伝熱によって決定される。温度計測はTEDやSiC試料片を用いたオフライン計測による。このため、CMIRの設計では、予かじめ、炉内に装荷されたCMIRのコンパートメント内流量や$\gamma$発熱量を精度よく評価し、試料部温度を計算しておく必要がある。 開発した2つのコードを用いて、既に照射を終了した先行予備試験CMIR-0の試料部温度を解析し、コードを検証した。 CMIR-0は、HEATING-Vコードにより試料部温度の設計が行われたが、照射後試験の結果から、当初の設計温度より150$^{\circ}C$$\sim$200$^{\circ}C$低い温度しか得られなかったことが分かっている。 本解析の結果、CMIR-0のコンパートメントには、当初予定していたよりも大きな流量(12g/s程度)のナトリウムが流れ、このため試料部温度が低下したこと、また、$\gamma$発熱量の不確定さに関し、約10\%の補正を加えるとCMIR-0の実測温度を再現できることが分かった。本解析を通じて、今回開発したコードが、CMIRの設計に関し、必要十分な精度を有することを確認した。; Thermal and hydraulics analysis codes have been developed to design the Core Material Irradiation Rig (CMIR). Accuracy of the calculation methods was proved through analysis for the precedent rig, CMIR-0. The CMIR consists of six compartments, which include irradiation specimens in double walled tubes. The temperatures of the specimens are determined by the Gamma-heating of the specimens, sodium flow in the compartment, and the heat conduction of the double walled tubes. The temperatures can be measured by TED or SiC specimens. Results of the post-irradiation test of the CMIR-0, which had already been performed for the purpose of verification of the CMIR design, have been analyzed by the developed codes. The CMIR-0 was designed by HEATING-5 code. But, according to the post irradiation tests, the measured temperatures of the specimens were 150 $^{\circ}$C$\sim$200$^{\circ}$C lower than the designed values. Causes of the discrepancy are presumed as follows by the analysis using the developed codes. (1)The actual sodium flow in the compartment was larger than the designed so as to decrease the specimens temperatures. (2)The measured temperatures can be reproduced by the analysis codes with compensation of The Gamma-heating by 10\%. and at last, (3)Accuracy of the developed codes was verified through this work for the design and analysis of CMIR.
