• Note (General): ナトリウムは熱伝達性能が優れていることから、高速炉ではスクラム等の熱過渡による熱応力が構造物の主要な荷重を占めており、強度評価は一般に次の手順を踏む。(1)流体の流動伝熱解析、(2)構造物の伝熱解析、(3)構造物の応力解析、(4)強度評価。従来のコードは(1)(2)(3)を個別に行うよう作成されており、各コードでの結果を次に行う解析のインプットデータとして使用すため、非常に煩雑な作業と多くの時間が必要であった。本コード(PEGASUSと命名)は、このような煩雑さを無くし解析作業のスピードアップを図るため有限要素法を用いて(1)$\sim$(3)の一連の解析を連続して行えることを目的として、開発されたもので、構造物の最適な形状をパラメータサーベイする場合に威力を発揮する。流動解析部では、流体が非粘性、非回転であると仮定したポテンシャル理論に基づいて流速を求める手法を用いており、逆流を生じないピストンフローの流れに適用可能である。本報告では、PEGASUSに使用されている解析手法および、コードについて説明するとともに、簡単な解析モデルで計算を行ない、他のコードおよび理論解による結果と比較することにより検証を行なった結果を示した。その結果、正しくプログラム化されていること、流動伝熱応力解析コードとしての機能を満足していることが確認された。PEGASUSは構造物強度確性試験施設(TTS)で用いる供試体の形状を定める際のパラメトリック解析に今後使用される。; The thermal stresses generated during the thermal transients such as the reactor trip are the dominant loads for the structures in the LMFBR because of the superior heat transfer characteristics of sodium. In general, the strength evaluation of components is conducted based on the following procedures. (1)The thermal hydraulic analysis for the fluid, (2)The heat transfer analysis for the structure, (3)The stress analysis for the structure, (4)The strength evaluation. The existing codes execute these steps (1),(2) and (3), separately, and the results obtained in each steps are used for the input fo the next analysis. Therefore, very troublesome jobs and much time are necessary in this method. This code (named as PEGASUS) has been developed to be able to perform a series of analyses, (1), (2) and (3), continuously by use of the finite element method, which makes the troublesome job and much time unnecessary and is expected to have an excellent capability in the parameter survey for the optimum form of the structure. PEGASUS is applicable to the piston flow model, because the potential theory, in which the fluid is assumed to be invisid and irrotational, is used to obtain the velocity distribution in the fluid. In this report, the analysis methods and the features of PEGASUS are explained, and the calculated results are compared with the results by another codes or theoretical solutions for the examples. As the results, the capability of the thermal-hydraulic-stress analysis code are confirmed.
