• Note (General): 構造物強度確性試験施設で実施する「もんじゅ」原子炉容器熱過渡強度試験体の制作を行った。本供試体は「もんじゅ」の原子炉容器に用いられる溶接継手、ライナー構造、スカート構造及びノズル構造の熱過渡強度試験部を盛り込んだ供試体であり、クリープ疲労強度データを取得して「もんじゅ」の高温構造設計方針の総合的な安全裕度を実証することを目的としている。供試体は肉厚40㎜、高さ2100㎜、直径800㎜のまゆ型の容器であり、次の手順により設計・製作した。(1)供試体のクリープ疲労設計基準として、高温構造設計方針から安全裕度を取り除いたものを策定した。(2) 供試体の基本構造を決定し、流動伝熱解析及び伝熱応力解析をパラメータ解析として実施した。(3)約3ヶ月の繰返し熱過渡試験で強度データが得られるよう、試験対象各部の形状を決定した。(4)使用する材料は強度特性に影響を及ぼす因子を「もんじゅ」で予 定されている仕様に一致させた。(5) 製作法、検査法も「もんじゅ」で予定されている方法にできる限り近づけた。 又、本供試体を製作していく過程で「もんじゅ」のライナースタッドの構造、鍛鋼リングの仕様と製作法、溶接方法等が絞り込まれた。; The "MONJU" Reactor Vessel Model was fabricated for the thermal transient test to be tested at the Thermal Transient Test Facility for Structures (TTS). This model have many testing portions, namely thermal liner structures, nozzles, welding joints and others. The purpose of the test is to verify the safety margin included in the "MONJU" Design Guide from this creep-fatigue strength data. This model is a cocoon-like model of 40mm thickness, 2100mm height and 800mm in inner diameter. It was fabricated as follows. (1)The creep-fatigue criteria was established for the design of this model based on "MONJU" Design Guide. (2)The basic model structures were determined by many analyses of flow, heat transfer and stress. (3)Detailed configuration of the model was determined to obtain the strength data for the various testing portions during the test period of about three months. (4)The materials, fabrication methods and examination methods for the model were nearly the same as would be used in "MONJU". During the fabrication process of this model, thermal liner structures, the specification of forged rings, welding methods and others were selected for "MONJU".
