• Note (General): 高速炉使用済燃料の再処理をピューレックス法で行う場合に特に重要な開発課題となるプルトニウムの還元を電解還元法で行うべく研究開発を実施している。 その一環として昭和58年度には実規模相当処理能力を有する電解還元パルスカラム工学試験装置(2)(U及びRIの使用が可能)を東海事業所・第一応用試験棟に設置した。 本報告書は前年度に引き続き同装置を用いて昭和60年度上期に実施した試験の結果をまとめたものである。 試験は水相電解モードでのパラメータ試験13Runより構成され前報の結果と合わせて以下の知見を得た。 1)供給液の酸濃度が電極電位を左右する端子間電圧にも,又ウランの還元量そのものにも強い影響を与える事が分かった。 2)酸化還元電位,導電率,供給電流及び供給ウラン濃度等を考慮する事により,副生ガスの挙動に関する定性的傾向を把握した。 3)前報で導出した拡散律速領域での電解還元速度式が電極反応速度論的にも裏付けられ,その適用範囲が拡大した。 4)水素ガス発生量及びアジ化水素生成濃度の安全性が引き続き確認された。; Forthe purpose of reducing Plutonium in FBR fuel reprocessing process electrochemical method has been developed. As a part of the program full scale electro-pulse column equipment (EPC(II), U and RI can be used) was installed in 1983 at the 1st EDF. This report summarizes the results of experiments performed in the first half of 1985 succeeding the former year. Experiments consist of 13 Runs varying the basic parameters in aqueous phase reduction mode and the following informations were derived. (1)The acid concentration of the feed solution has severe influence not only on the voltage between terminals but also on U reduction rate. (2)The behavior of the secondary generated gas can be qualitatively explained by considering redox potential, electric conductivity, supplied current, feed U concentration and so on. (3)The U reduction rate equation applied in diffusion limited region which was derived in the former report is supported by electrode reaction rate theory and its application range was expanded. (4)It was confirmed again that H$_{2}$ gas generation rate and HN$_{3}$ formation concentration were in safety range.
