Note (General)：: 本報は、熱出力20MWのJRR-3改造炉に関する熱水力特性の検討を踏まえた熱水力設計の基本的な考え方を述べたものである。熱水力特性の検討では、通常運転時の設計条件を充分満足することを確認すると同時に、運転字の異常な過渡変化及び事故時の安全余裕を評価するために必要な熱水量特性を検討した。
