• Note (General): 高速実験炉「常陽」1次純化系自動連続式プラギング計は昭和55年12月に設置して以来,フィルタ部の目詰りによる流量低下により,長期連続運転ができなかった。そのため昭和57年3月$\sim$5月にかけてフィルタ部の改造工事を実施した。さらに改造工事終了直後に予熱ヒータ故障により配管内ナトリウムがフリーズし,そのメルト作業も実施した。これらの作業を通じて以下の結果・経験が得られた。自動連続式プラギング計は改造により適正流量か確保でき,長期連続運転が可能となった。系統内ナトリウムドレン方法およびドレン確認方法について留意すべき点を明らかにした。マイクロヒータによる配管内残留ナトリウムの溶融ドレン方法およびその有効性を確認した。ナトリウム配管溶接に際して留意すべき点を明らかにした。保温を順次施工する方法によりフリーズした配管内ナトリウムのメルトが確実にかつ安全に実施できることを確認した。; The automatic continuous plugging meter of the primary purification system were installed December 1980, but, this system had not shown its function for a long time, because of the low flow rate which were caused by plugging of filter sections. The modification of filter section on plugging meter was made during March to May 1982. But another trouble was found on preheating heater its loss of functions after the modifications of plugging meter, the sodium were freezed so the procedure of sodium melting was made. From these modifications, the following results and experience were obtained. (1)After the modification of automatic conditions plugging meter, the desirable flow are gained as a function of long term continuous operation. (2)The method of circuit drain and the checking method of circuit drain have pointed out. (3)The new method of local drain by using micro heater are found and its capability are acknowledged. (4)The important point of welding method on piping in sodium systems are pointed out. (5)By using local heating method on sodium piping, the sodium melting are performed its practicality and its safety.
