• Note (General): 高速実験炉「常陽」の炉心構成要素の健全性を確認し,また高速炉用炉心材料の基礎的な照射データを得るための試験計画の一環として,「常陽」炉心で出力75MWで使用されたラッピングワイヤの照射後試験を行った。今回試験したラッピングワイヤは集合体PPJD0Mに組み込まれて使用されたもので,供試材の照射温度は370$\sim$501$^{\circ}C$,最大照射量は4.19$\times$10$\times$22n/cm$\times$2(E$>$0.1MeV)であった。照射後試験は外径測定,密度測定,金相試験及び硬さ試験の各項目について行い,その結果をPPJD1APPJX08,PPJX14,PPJX06,PPJX11,PPJD2B及びPPJX09ラッピングワイヤの試験項目とあわせて検討した。主な結果は次のとおりである。照射材の外径は最大0.7\%程度増加し,密度は最大1.4\%程度低下していた。密度測定結果から算出した体積変化($\Delta$V/V)と外径変化の3倍(3$\Delta$D/D)はかなりよく一致していた。スウェリングは照射量の増加にともない,かなり急速に増加する。スウェリングの照射温度依存性は今のところ明確ではなく,今後のデータの推移を見守る必要がある。金相試験において結晶粒界に炭化物の析出がみられた。硬さは受入材にくらべ最高Hv=160程度増加していた。; To make sure that the core materials of the fast experimental reactor "JOYO" are in safety conditions and to get basic knowledge about the behavior of FBR core materials after irradiation, post-irradiation examinations on wrapping wires (SUS316, annealed) were carried out. The wrapping wires were fabricated into the subassembly PPJDOM and irradiated at 370$\sim$501$^{\circ}$C up to the neutron fluence of 4.19$\times$10$^{22}$ n/cm$^{2}$ (E$>$0.1MeV). Diameter measurement, density measurement, metallurgical test and hardness test were performed and compared with the previous data. The results obtained are summarized as follows. (1) Maximum diameter increase of 0.7\% and maximum density decrease of 1.4\% were observed. (2) $\Delta$V/V corresponds well to 3$\Delta$D/D. (3)Swelling increases rapidly as the fluence increases. Irradiation temperature dependence of fluence is not clear. (4) Precipitation of carbide was observed on grain boundaries. (5) Maximum hardness increase of Hv=160 was observed.
