• Note (General): 高速実験炉「常陽」における55年度(55年4月1日$\sim$56年3月31日)に発生した補修依頼についてまとめたので報告する。▲55年度は,75MW定格出力運転の時期で,75MW第2,第3,そして第4サイクルのはじめまでが,含まれている。この間に第2回定期点検が実施された。この中には,照射炉心(MK―2)移行を考慮した改造工事などがあり,長期間を要した。▲55年度の修理依頼票発行件数は,燃料取扱設備を除いて247件であった。54年度の262件,53年度の330件と比較して減少しているのがわかる。この中で2次冷却系の補修依頼が全体の17\%,付属空調換気系の補修が16\%で,上位を占めている。▲いままでの補修原因は計器とバルブが主体であったが,55年度は計器の割合が減少するとともに,計器,バルブ,検出器,制御盤,配管配線,ベルトの項目が同程度の割合で並んでおり,補修原因の上では原因の分散が進んでいる。▲55年度も補修特性をみると,人為性の少ない,動き度の小さい補修が大勢を占めており,補修期間については,短期間から長期間まで一様に分布している。なかでも3日から2週間の補修が最も多く見られた。▲なお米国においても故障の分析を行ったレポートがあったので,参考として添付資料に翻訳をのせた。機器の中で故障率の高いものが弁であり,計装機器の中ではスイッチであると報告されている。▲; This reports deals with the incidents recorded during the period from April 1980 to March 1981. During this period JOYO operated the second, third and the half of forth normal operation cycles with the second annual maintenance. JOYO has 247 reported incidents and troubles in this period. 0f these 17\% were associated with the secondary sodium cooling system and 16\% with the service building air conditioning system. During this period the frequency of incidents involving instrument is highest and amounted to 17\% of total numbers of incidents however, that of valves, detectors, control panels, piping and cabling, and belts are also high.
