Note (General): 昭和56年5月,動力炉・核燃料開発事業団は,国際ストリパ計画(InternationalStripaProject)の協定書に署名し,同プロジェクトに正式に参加した。このプロジェクトは,OECD/NEAが1975年以来推進している,高レベル放射性廃棄物の地層処分に関する国際協力プログラムの一環である。今回,同協定にもとずき,現地で試験に参加するとともに,関連する調査を行った。この調査において,地層処分の研究開発における同プロジェクトの位置付けを明らかにすることを念頭においた。以下,調査結果を報告する。
