• Note (General): 高速炉用構造材料の基礎的な確性試験として,数種の国産SUS304ステンレス鋼母材及び溶接継手に対する照射の影響を明らかにするために,原研材料試験炉(JMTR)でフリューエンス(1.6$\sim$2.4)$\times$10$\times$2ln/cm$\times$2(E$>$0.1MeV),照射温度580$^{\circ}C$+-20'$^{\circ}C$,照射時間約2200時間の照射を行った試料についての照射後試験を実施した。▲本報告はこの照射後試験のうち,外観検査,クリープ試験並びに金相試験結果をとりまとめ,受入材及び熱履歴材の試験結果と比較検討したものである。▲主な結果は次の通りである。▲母材のクリープ破断強度は照射により10\%$\sim$20\%低下した。溶接継手のクリープ破断強度の照射による低下は10\%以下で,照射後は母材と溶接継手のクリープ破断強度はほぼ同程度であった。▲照射後のクリープ破断強度は母材,溶接継手とも500時間未満で破断したものを除き,ASMECodeCase1592による要求を満足する値であった。▲母材の最小クリープ速度の照射による変化には,ばらつきがあるが,試験温度によっては増大する傾向が見られた。▲母材のクリープ破断伸びは照射により低下するが,溶接継手のクリープ破断伸びは全体的に低いため,照射による影響ははっきりしなかった。▲; As a basic irradiation experiment on structural materials for fast reactors, several SUS 304 stainless steels (base metal and welded joint) were irradiated in JMTR [(1.6$\sim$2.4) $\times$ 10$^{21}$ n/cm$^{2}$ (E$>$0.1MeV), 580$^{\circ}$C$\pm$20$^{\circ}$C, $\sim$2,200hr]. Visual inspection, creep tests, metallorgical tests were performed on these irradiated specimens and results were compared to those of as-received and aged specimens. The results obtained are summarized as follows. (1)10\%$\sim$20\% reduction in creep rupture strength is observed for irradiated base metal, and less than 10\% for irradiated welded joint. Base metal and welded joint have same creep rupture strength after irradiation. (2)Post-irradiation Creep rupture strength of both base metal and welded joint satisfies the design value of ASME Code Case 1592-10(1977) except short time rupture strength. (3)Irradiation effect on minimum creep rate of base metal is not clear, but slight increase is observed at a particular test temperature. (4)Creap rupture elongation of base metal decreases by irradiation. Irradiation effect on creep ductility of welded joint is not observed.
