• Note (General): 1MW不安定現象試験装置の運転試験は事業団職員による要員の確保が困難であったこと,および装置がこれまでのシエルアンドチューブ式蒸気発生器に比べて非常に複雑になっていること,の二点から初めての試みとして,建設メーカヘの委託という形で進められた。▲本報告書は不安定現象試験装置の建設から委託運転完了までの全貌について纏めたもので,その主体をなすのが,ナトリウム水蒸気の両系統をもつプラント技術であり,特に装置の建設過程あるいは委託運転に入る前の予備試験において,既存設備等に生じた各種不具合の発生経過,原因,対策等について述べたものである。▲この他,委託内容のあらまし,装置の変更改造点とそれに伴う運転要領の変更,さらには委託運転の結果等多岐にわたる内容を網羅し,今後に予想されるこの種委託運転や本施設の運転操作上に多少なりとも役立つ様にと取纏めた。▲; Operation of the Instability Test Rig, ITR, was conducted by Toshiba/Mitsui, manufacturers of the ITR, since staffs of the PNC were engaged in the operation of 50 MW steam generator test facility. This is to report the operating, experience of the ITR, including troubles encountered during construction of the ITR and trial operation, and countermeasure are also mentioned. Besides, outline of entrust operation, results of the test operation, modification of test facility and revision of operation guidance accompanied by are described, intending. This report shall be an aid for contract of entrust operation in future and for operation of the test facility.
