• Note (General): 期間1974年4月1日$\sim$1974年12月25日▲目的高温ナトリウム中における各種材料の自己融着性の比較と,自己融着現象の基礎的な知見を得る。▲要旨前報(SN941 73-12, N941 74-18)で600$^{\circ}C$ナトリウム中における各種材料の自己融着性について調べたが,今回はナトリウム温度を650$^{\circ}C$,700$^{\circ}C$とし,又接触面積を変化させて各種材料の温度依存性,および形状効果について試験した。これによって次の結果が得られた。▲1.SUS316ステンレス同志では,1,100kgの融着力が生じた。又,この融着力は650$^{\circ}C$,700$^{\circ}C$でも同程度の値であった。▲2.650$^{\circ}C$までのナトリウム温度では見掛上の接触面積に融着力は影響されるが,700$^{\circ}C$になるとほとんど影響されなくなる。▲3.SUS316ステンレスとSUS420ステンレスの融着力は3,850kgにも達し,破断後20$\mu$m以上の金属移行がみられた。又,この組合わせにおける融着挙動は境界域での合金元素の相互拡散によるものが大きい。▲4.クロム・カーバイト材は,含有しているニクロム材が融着性を非常に高めることがわかった。すなわち100\%のクロム・カーバイト材は融着性を示さなかった。; In this report, the effect of temperature on self-weldability of materials with various contact areas was investigated in 650$^{\circ}$C and 700$^{\circ}$C sodium, while investigated in 600$^{\circ}$C sodium in preceding reports (SN941 73-12 and N941 74-18). The following results were obtained; (1)The self-welding force of the combination of SUS316 vs. SUS316 was approximately 1100kg at all of test temperatures (600$^{\circ}$C, 650$^{\circ}$C and 700$^{\circ}$C). (2)The self-welding force of the combination of SUS316 vs. SUS316 was under the influence of the apparent contact area up to 650$^{\circ}$C, but was not at 700$^{\circ}$C. (3)The self-welding force of the combination of SUS316 vs. SUS420 came up to 3850kg and the metal transfer of more than 20$\mu$m was observed after tensile test. Also, the self-selding behavior of this combination mainly results from the interdiffusion of alloy elements at the boundary layer. self-weldability and 100\% of chrome carbide did not indicate the Self-weldability.
