• Note (General): 期間1973年8月1日$\sim$1974年5月31日目的蒸気注入によるターゲット管のウェステージに及ぼす種々のパラメータの影響を定量的に把握することおよびリーク検出計の応答特性を調べること。要旨今期間中次の項目の試験をした。1)破損伝播実験,2)ターゲット管上の温度分布測定,3)内径0.2mmのノズルによる小リークウェステージ,4)キャプセルによる微小リーク試験時の水素検出計の応答。破損伝播実験により,破損孔の大きさ,破損に至るまでの時間を知ることができた。さらに,破損に到るまでのへこみの成長の過程を考察した。ウェステージ部のへこみ測定から,へこみ分布は正規分布をすることがわかった。ターゲット管表面の温度分布の形状はへこみ分布の形状とよく似ていた。ウェステージ率をリーク率とNa温度で表す実験式をクロモリ鋼とステンレス鋼について作った。Na中水素検出計として新たに電離真空計(B-Aケージ)をとりつけた。ノーブルポンプ,質量分析器,B-Aゲージのうら,B-Aケージの性能が最も良好であることがわかった。B-Aケージの感度ほ,Na中水素濃度が100ppbのとき,3ppbと計算された。ノーブルポンプ及びB-Aゲージの応答を理論的に解析した。理論値と実測値はよく一致した。この解析から,Na中への水素の溶解割合を知ることができた。Ar中水素計では還流式Naべーパトラップの性能をしらべた。; This report describes the results of the thirty five test runs conducted by the small-leak sodium-water reaction testloop (SWAT-2) in the period of August 1976 throngh May 1974. The ohjectives of the work is to determine the effects of various parameters on material wastage during small leak of super heated steam into sodium and to examine characteristics of the responses of various leak detectors after the steam injections into sodium. The following tests were made in the period described above. (1)Full penetration of a target tube by wastage. (2)Measurement of temperature on a target tube surface during sodium-water reactions (3)Wastage rate of a target tube with use of a nozzle with 0.2mm diameter (4)Responses of detectors of hydrogen in sodium or argon gas after super-small leaks of steam into sodium by usiug capsule Material wastage tests with steam injections into sodium have been performed. The test conditions of sodium velocity past target of spacing between nozzle and target, and of sodium and steam temperature were same as ones described in previous report. The nozzle diameter was 0.2$\sim$1.0mm. A target material was a 2.25Cr-1Mo steel and stainless steel. Inspection of the contour map and sectional view of wastage area showed that the depth distribution was expressed by a normal curve of error for most ranges of leak rate tested. Tube penetration tests were conducted to evaluate the size of penetration hole on the target tube, and time which is from starting of steam leaks to tube failure. A process of the propagation of tube failure was discussed assuming the depth distribution of wastage area to be a normal curve of error. An experimental equation was presented to predict the wastage rate as a function of the leak rate and the sodium temperature for 2.25Cr-1Mo steel and stainless steel respectively.
