• Note (General): 2011年3月11日に発生した東日本大震災による津波に起因した東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故によって、大量の放射性物質が周辺に飛散した。事故直後より、放射線の分布を迅速かつ広範囲に測定する手法として、航空機等を用いた空からの測定方法が適用されている。福島で培った航空機モニタリングの技術を原子力発電所事故時の対応技術として適用するために、全国の発電所周辺のバックグラウンドモニタリングを実施した。2017年度は泊発電所, 柏崎刈羽原子力発電所および玄海原子力発電所周辺について実施した。ここでは、その結果および実施によって抽出された技術的課題についてまとめる。; By the nuclear disaster of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (FDNPS), Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake and the following tsunami on March 11, 2011, a large amount of radioactive material was released from the NPS. After the nuclear disaster, airborne radiation monitoring using manned helicopter was conducted around FDNPS. We have carried out the background monitoring around the nuclear power stations of the whole country to apply the airborne radiation monitoring technique that has been cultivated in Fukushima against nuclear emergency response. The results of monitoring around Tomari, Kashiwazaki-Kariwa and Genkai Nuclear Power Station in the fiscal 2017 were summarized in this report. In addition, technical issues were described.
