Note (General): 我々は固体ロケットモータの低コスト化に向け蠕動運動型混合搬送機による推進薬スラリの連続捏和に取り組んできた. これまでに本装置を用いて捏和した推進薬スラリが従来のプラネタリミキサで捏和した推進薬と同等の性能であることを燃焼実験にて確認した. 次の目標は実際のロケットモータ製造に向けた生産効率, 安全性, 品質である. 本論文ではその第一段階として動作速度, 加温性能の向上, 材料投入方法の改善した新型蠕動運動型混合搬送機を開発し模擬推進薬スラリの捏和からその性能向上を確認した.
We have studied the continuous mixing of propellant slurry with peristaltic mixing transporter to reduce the cost of a solid rocket motor. In the previous study, we confirmed that the propellant slurry mixed with peristaltic mixing transporter had the same performance as a planetary mixer in combustion experiment. The next target is the production efficiency, safety, and quality for actual rocket motor manufacturing. In this paper, as a first step of the target, we report that we developed a new peristaltic mixing transporter with improved motional speed, heating performance and material input. And we confirmed its performance improvement from mixing of simulated propellant slurry.
