A data distribution system for still and video images acquired by High Definition Television System (HDTV) on board JAXA's Lunar Explorer Kaguya (SELENE) is now being developed aiming at providing 1.06 million HDTV frame images for both objectives of outreach and scientific analysis. The design and data model of the system based on PDAP are described in the paper.
